First off, thanks for sharing the results of our survey. We sponsored it because we needed a reality check on the anecdotal evidence we were collecting from interviews with marketers around the world for our book. Were we just talking in the bubble or was this more widespread? Frankly, we were surprised with the results.
We're currently working with a few agencies and clients on developing lead generation campaigns by acquiring and managing influencers, and they've shared the same sentiment: "too much data, not enough action." It mirrors the findings in our survey, and, apparently, those of your firm too.
