Hi Mark! I COMPLETELY agree with you; most companies don't understand how and where to sell, nor do they really understand social media and content marketing! I also 100% get behind your 2nd comment: We (consumers) are always in it for "what's in it for us" – the faster companies realize and embrace that with their social and content strategies the better!
