Some good info here.

Absolutely love that you included #10. I can't tell you how many times i've heard someone complain about not getting "results". It ties into everything above, knowing what it is you're trying to accomplish with social media.

Each platform has its own expectations, and abilities. You need to know what your goal is ahead of time, so you know what to measure.
